VALUER GENERAL – SUPPLEMENTARY VALUATION RETURNS

Customers will have recently received an email from the Valuer General notifying a change to the way in which Supplementary Valuation details are to be submitted for certification. This change requires a specific formatted file to be returned directly to the VG instead of to the State Revenue Office which is the current process.

Munitec has also received this email and will be aiming to include the new file in the next release of VM2000. We are hoping to do this at the same time that we provide the Reval 2008 version of the Stage 3 Excel template. If timing does not permit both changes to be released together, then a separate version for the Supplementary Valuation file will be made available before the mandatory implementation date – 1st July, 2007.

Please contact support@munitec.com.au if you have any further questions.
